These appear to be maple cabinets, but could be birch. Similar finish as General Finishes Nutmeg or Candlelite Gel Stain.

Knotty Alder in our "Country Traditions" styled finish – with a solid wood center panel. Dura Supreme's Knotty Alder and Rustic Cherry must be solid wood to allow for the character knots.

We used the same material in Natural in the kitchen Island, Butcherblock can be quite resistant. Over the years my clients did re-stain and reseal some of the units.

It's White Oak with a grey-white stain.
The cabinets are "edge grain" bamboo in a natural color. The floors are white oak with a slight "pickling" stain (a concoction to whiten and "cool" the natural color). Hope this helps!

My thought was if you actually stain the cherry a little (fruitwood is one over from natural), it doesn't darken as much as natural cherry, especially if you use a uv protectant and it would stay closer to original stain. Does that makes sense? Really appreciate your help and
