you painted over the tiles. Not worth it in my opinion.
Although this is not a permanent bathroom fix, if you want to extend the life of your ceramic bathroom tile for a few years, then painting ceramic bathroom tiles is definitely an option. 1. clean, clean, clean! I read on countless sites that
that the most important thing people forget to do is clean the tile thoroughly before starting. Make sure that you get all of the soap scum, grime, lime scale, etc. off of the tiles and grout. 2. Let dry, and then sand the tiles with a medium grit sandpaper until they are dull and no longer glossy.

This is a fun kitchen, it is obviously a little Moroccan, mixed with rustic and modern. I like the dog bowl built ins. The Moroccan tiles probably wouldn't do well for resale purposes

I know the Oceanside Glass Tile has something like this in their Facets collection. It looks like a very small mosaic - smaller than 1" for sure. I think it's the color Equator Iridescent. Gorgeous! http://www.glasstile.com/default2.aspx?flashAutoMode=B_1&initPage=product_intro.html
