It is a 2cm Carrera marble. The thickness of the countertop is usually based on the material. Marbles and limestones are usually 2cm and granites
granites are 3cm. Using a 2cm in the kitchen is fine but just be aware that marbles and limestones are softer stones so they have to be treated a little more
