paint 50/50? What can I do to make them look great? My floors and furniture are very dark and my walls white. I live in the country in San Diego county.

Our floor person said the only advice would be to wet the floors first maybe to soak the color in. Try with a wood sample that is the same as your floors. You can get a wood sample at a lumber yard
