David Vandervort Architects Hello. The windows are Milgard metal with a site built wood liner. The 3/4" liner material extends beyond the face of the drywall and the drywall simply butts to it. I believe this was mahogany with a natural finish.

The floor is made of 3"-7" wide rustic oak planks finished with stain and 3-coats of polyurethane.
From the edge of the beam to the window is 6'-8" wide and the dining space is 18'-10" long.
Based on probable window sizes and cabinet size, I would estimate about 6-7' wide and length 12-14'. To give you a prospective, the table is 30" tall and chair seats are typically 16-18" tall.
