I have a 74x44 whirlpool/air tub that we want to set in the middle of the bathroom, I have seen this tub surround in tuscan magazine and thought it was custom, now upon seeing it
Bath fans need make-up air to replace the air that is exhausted from the room. A door that is too close to the floor will not allow enough fresh air to enter the space. Undercut doors by ½ inch to ¾ inch to allow air to enter the bathroom when the door is closed.

How hard was it to get the owners to go with the Mini Split air conditioner
I like the air/heat unit over the door. Where would the outside unit be placed and what would it look like? Thank you.
