It's a light fixture by Artemide, called the Skydro. You can get it from YLighting.
The ceiling is the exposed concrete structure, and the flooring is Elesgo White Supergloss.

Tolomeo Mega Wall Light by Artemide
Amazing look! Did you get a larger shade for the fixture? Also, how did you fix it to the ceiling? I do not see that particular base on the Artemide website and there seems to be a wire holding the first section. Thanks a lot.
This is the Tolemeo Off Center Suspension fixture with the 17" parchment shade. Here is the link: http://www.artemide.us/?page=main/flypage&product_id=935 click on "spec sheet" for details. Good Luck!

Artemide - Tizio Classic LED floor lamp
This ceiling is beautiful, could you let me know what the wood type is? and the treatment? is it reclaimed?
Thanks for the info. Yes they are fake beams so we have flexibility. The room is long, 21.5 feet in the main area of the room, with low ceilings so thinking of going every 3 feet.
Exposed wood, use of space, like the lamp as well
