Hi, Thanks for your question about our Eagle Harbor project. My office policy is to not give out specific project costs in order to protect the privacy of my clients. However, I can tell you that our projects in general have a construction cost between $325 and $450 per square foot.

We recently purchased a Minnesota cabin built in 1851. It has the rough hewn walls and chinking. About 20 years ago an addition including a drywall kitchen was added. I would love to paint the kitchen this color blue. Thanks!
