Thank you for your inquiry about the Coastal Living Idea House at River Dunes. The walls, trim, and ceiling are painted Seaside Retreat Light Khaki (SR302) by Valspar. The magazine's resource guide does note that paint colors
opposite end of this room. Unfortunately, the detailed drawings are not easily accessible at this point. I do not know the width, but the depth is about 8-10 inches.
feel like i need to do something about fireplace drywalled height. may be like a wood wainscoting or some molding to add architectural interest.

shower beside a vanity too and we need to have the shower head on this end because the other end is an outside wall. Wondering about the correct way to open the door. Concerned about drips if it only swings outward and space issues if it does swing inward.Thanks so much.
inward when its wet to avoid drips I was just concerned that a person has to step to the back of the stall to fully open the door and get out.Concerned about a tight fit.Hopefully that make sense. Thanks for the help.

that would eliminate any stain marks from water/soap/toothpaste? is it stain resistant? durable? i'm on the fence about doing a concrete counter/sink for a bathroom. love the look, worried about stains and cracks.
