The large plant in the area covered with rock is a Draceena draco (Canary Islands Dragon Tree) and the small succulents are Agave victoriae-reginae (Queen Victoria Agave). Between concrete pads is Dymondia margaretae which will take light foot traffic and stay quite low to the ground.
