an antique i found a few yrs back in a fun antiques store in Llano, Tx. called Riverside Antiques.....
i'm pretty sure this one was painted with BM Fieldstone and then glazed/distressed....bought at an antique market already done....you could easily do with chalk paint!

Similar to this is the Channing Mirror from Williams Sonoma. I do not recall the actual manufactuer however, it may have been an antique.
