Love the doors to this bathroom closet
Anderson notes that you don’t have to live in snow to reap the benefits of a warm bathroom floor. “Even in the Bay Area, it gets cold enough to make a heated bathroom floor desirable,” she says. “Though a heated bathroom floor won't sell a house on its own, it's an added amenity that buyers will appreciate

Best work practices for a bathroom renovation
These pictures where all taken by me and showcase many different aspects of a bathroom renovation. Most are not finished pictures so sorry for the construction pictures.
Why the high transition from the wood floor into the tiled bath... is it to accommodate a heated floor system.... or is it to be able to have enough pitch to be able to install the curbless shower....
years old. Beneath this bathroom some elaborate ceiling mouldings. We did not want to destroy or damage this detail during the renovation. We added another layer of 5/8" sheathing to the sub floor prep work, some cable heating and then the waterproofing. The entire bathroom drains to the shower drain
