How much space between island and beverage station?
The distance between the island and beverage center is about 6'. Not all kitchens are as spacious as this one, and while 40" is somewhat tight, it should be adequate.
Beverage Center for Coffee, different view.
This designer has incorporated a "beverage center" into the kitchen, which includes the fixings for that coffee one may need the morning after a night of too much tasting.
Along with installing the high-end appliances, Rothblatt also designed a beverage center to meet the couple's entertaining needs
display shelving create the perfect area for guests to stop and have a glass of wine or an after-dinner coffee. Rothblatt designed the layout of the beverage center to work with the rest of the kitchen, sopeople could hang out in the kitchen but still maintain traffic flow on this main floor. Refrigerator:

Coffee station combined with wine storage
coffee station in cabinet - need electric
beverage station behind doors - wine fridge and coffee station
permanent solution, turn a tall, empty cabinet into a built-in beverage station. Shelves can store a coffeemaker, mugs and teacups, while a mini fridge comes in handy for bottled water. The wine cubbies aren't too shabby, either.
This kind of station is also helpful if you have multiple coffee drinkers in
This coffee/wine bar area is stunning with built-in Miele coffee maker, bar sink and bar refrigerator.

I love the idea of a built-in coffee/tea station
not cabinet style but the layout for a beverage area
Coffee. It’s the next most popular beverage worldwide after water and tea, but for some it’s the only beverage that matters. Period.OK, most people wouldn’t actually give more importance to coffee over, say, the oven or fridge

I like how the coffee station has its own backsplash with a couple of open shelves for mugs. Honestly, coffee is a big part of our life, I think it is appropriate for us to feature it like this.
Another coffee station - love the tile accent wall too
