into a pond/waterfall. I have already collected a few big flat rocks to start and dug out a place to start it.
for a pond. You will need to find some type of pump and filter and this may come in many forms. In addition you will need underlayment and liner. The underlayment helps to protect the liner. I would suggest EPDM rubber liner and not vinyl. You can check an online source like aquascapeinc.com or
other pond seller. Many of them sell kits that have all you need in terms of equipment in one or two boxes. All you need to add are the rocks, labor, water, fish, and plants.
I love this but I think this pond needs to be in sunlight
small pond or bog could save you a lot of watering time (and money) in the long run. Be sure to only do this for plants that really need a lot of moisture, otherwise the wet area could actually overwater and kill them.

for the pond? How if possible do you control the moss and algae from building up along the inside of the pond, or is this something I have to contend with I'm having a major problem with this, even with my concrete planters. We are quite humid in the lush greenery of the Caribbean.
note the first area with plants that spills into the next pond, good for gray water treatment

small ponds or water features and combines well with other low junipers, such as dwarf Japanese garden juniper (Juniperus procumbens ‘Nana’), and perennials with contrasting forms, like iris or hosta.Perhaps the most popular cultivar is ‘Wiltonii’ (also called ‘Blue Rug’), which grows only 4 to 6 inches

Water feature and pond...I wonder if the pond upkeep would be a hassle? I like a subtle water feature that provides a little background sound without making a loud statement about the space.

Hi there, I was wondering if you can refer me to the company who constructed the pond. We are in the design stage and we will nedd to involve the contractor to get more technical info. Thanks in advance
a koi pond with a bridge like this, but it is in bad shape and needs to be replaced. I'm not sure where to look to find a replacement. I'd appreciate it if you could tell me where this bridge was purchased, or if it was a custom build. Thank you!
local pond builders and pond maintenance and supply.
To Sammy, thank you, I'm glad you like this pond. The pond was modified in the field from the actual plans, to incorporate a central boulder, with two bridges going to it in the middle of the pond. This central boulder helps pond circulation
