home on Kiawah Island built by Buffington Homes.It is an upside/down floor plan and guests stay on the 1st floor, kitchen and Great Room on the 2nd floor and Master and Office on the 3rd. It is actually very homey inside and does not seem that large. All Kiawah homes must be built 14 feet above sea level
