So I've been told that doing your shower floor any bigger than a 4 x 4 is not recommended. It looks like this floor has larger tile pieces. Was it built a certain way to get away with using larger pieces for the shower floor?

Cedar Valley makes a western red cedar shingle panel that is easier to install than hand shingles but still looks traditional. I don't know for sure if this is our product or not but it looks extremely similar.

ys of marble. However, it is a bit edgier in that it has large particulates rather than flowing veins. It comes in a more matte finish than a traditional high-polish granite, is much less expensive than marble (at least in New England), and has the durability of granite. Good luck!

In need of a gentle nudge into the 21st century, the owners and members of the design team were very careful to maintain the original charm, while bringing the home into the realm of livability. Thoughtful siting of new
commands breathtaking views. New windows throughout and a copper roof made the most of necessary improvements. The interior was carefully renovated with built-in shelving in the living room, a modern kitchen and updated bathrooms, all maintaining as much reverence for the original structure as possible.
