stains and all. Everyone make a big deal out of reclaimed floors. Many of us with 1960s homes have them already they are called OLD WATER DAMAGED PET PEE FLOORS. Hubby said floors tell a story they shouldn't look pristine.

What type of flooring is this? What kind of wood? Was a subfloor used?
What is the name of the wood floor and where to purchase it?
contractors. Houzzers (including me!) have asked since early 2013. The architect may not been part of the floor finish final decisions…That may be why we don't have that info.
It looks like an Oak floor with a darker jacobean style stain. Likely custom made for the client on site.
