The cedar was a custom color we came up with after several tests to get a color we liked. Frankly we probably couldn't replicate it. Thank you for your feedback on color. We were pleased with the outcome. It comes on the market in two weeks if you are interested in viewing it.
is the cedar stained? The colours you chose work so well together.

It is cedar shingles. The roof was cleaned and preserved three years ago, which gives it a different color than naturally aged shingles.

utilizing cedar rain screen siding and cedar soffit. We have plans for staining the boards slightly to help maintain color but also need a good UV protective coating. Do you have any recommendations on a UV product? (Please excuse the boards over the windows in the image. We had a run-in with some BB-gun

upper cedar deck as in this photo.
Design details are difficult as it relates to putting a roof on the screened room that won't leak rain from the cedar deck above. Not sure how to design it to get approval and meet building codes. DO NOT want to remove deck or put in solid floor on upper deck
