What are ideas for adding a decorative ceiling to a child’s room?
Is this the individual carpet squares put together to form the rug? I would like more info about the rug in the room please and cost! Thanks!
I think that there are a few ways to add a decorative touch to a child's room. I really like when the interests and personality of a child are really evident in the room. You can wallpaper or mural the ceiling. If that sounds too permanent, decals are also really fun
to recommend any, but if you search online, you'll find them. They are very cute! One tip--the colors shown on the photo above might age with the child better than some of the primary colors that I see on some of the sites.

it traps and removes dust instead of spreading it around. Take out every book and dust every nook and cranny. Wipe down each book, especially your child's well-thumbed copies, which almost always have remnants of their afternoon snacks lodged in between pages.

Hi, I was inspired by this for my daughter's big i girl room. Is there anyway I could use a white rod and somehow install the rod on the frame of the closet door? I want to use tie curtains....
Like the way the curtains are behind the molding for the kids play room.
Transform your child’s room into an abode fit for royalty by replacing the closet doors with soft, elegant curtains.
Try placing a chest of drawers inside the closet. This is a good storage solution if your child doesn't have much need for hanging storage and you
you don't have the budget for a custom closet system. You'll have the drawer storage you need and more space in your child's room to play.
Yes, yes, this room has pink in it, and adorably so. A pleasant alternative would be to replace the pink with red chambray and other muted reds or fabrics with delicate patterns incorporating red. The actual effect with balancing the blue walls and whites would be very similar as here.

8. Repurpose and salvage.Decorating a child's room need not cost a fortune. Look to vintage sources and even other rooms in your house for furniture you might be able to use. For instance, an old dresser can be a changing table now
now and still be useful when the little one has moved on from diapers. If you are doing a lot of vintage shopping for your child's room, the pieces you bring home may not match each other in finish or style, and that's OK. You can easily repaint the pieces in a color you love, and the new hue will make
