“Many cabinet hardware manufacturers make pulls and knobs like this. The handles are very similar to Cliffside Industries' SP-8, and the finish appears to be polished nickel. That handle also comes in 3", 5", and 12" sizes. See the picture below for comparison: the photo includes optional backplates”
