Can I get more information on the hood and stainless steel backsplash/utensil racks? What brand? Where did you purchase?
the only (little) problem with this idea is that all those utensils have to be washed regularly to remove grease from cooking fumes that build up !
Is this kind of installation UL approved? I have never seen a gas cooking surface flush with the counter top.
