Depending on those measures you might want to consider doing an assymetrical version with one panel on outer edge of each window and tweak the valance shape . Visualize the above valance in half on each window. Hope this”

Also didn't use linen as the house is in a very wet area. The moisture which would be absorbed by the linen fabric feeling damp and wrinkled”
“bookcases and window seat are custom designed and built in to fit the room. You could either go to a designer and have them draw up something for you or to a Home Depot or similar and have their kitchen cabinet people help you order something to fit.
