The lap board siding is 7 1/4"
path to the front entry door and then the remaining concrete was covered with porcelain tile. At the stone pebbles, each piece of porcelain tile was cut around each stone. Good luck with your project!
the previous thread on the stone pebbles. Surrounding the stone pebbles is a porcelain tile over the concrete poured stoop. No additional concrete was used in this process. Thanks

I love the white bead board and 3 sections of screens. I would eliminate the skylights and add ceiling fans and lighting. The dark stained floors look great with the white!

the same slat wall and handrail, but have not chosen how to attach the rail to the wall. What have you used?
going all the way to the 3rd floor, but we couldnt get them in, so ended up cutting a couple of the long ones and joining on site.
I think the stair threads were scribed into the walls and the handrail is installed probably using scarf joinery methods. This would be a done best by an onsite finish carpentar

Buying good quality stone and if possible testing it prior to installation is key. Our last white carrera steam shower was all solid slabs. I used some off cuts and soaked them for two days and then dried. The marble did not leak any mineral and the colour held true. A porcelain tile is always a better
