the white tile is Calcutta Gold marble and I'm having trouble remembering the name or finding the order for the darker tile at the moment but it is from Materials Marketing Stone & Tile...their website is also down right now so can't look it up
The upper tile on the walls look like carrara
It looks like a 3x6" on the walls. Almost certain it is a subway tile. The darker tile looks to be a 6x12" format. From our collection of over 200 Carrara products I would probably guide our customers to our Carrara Venato collection. From the pictures attached

Thanks for the question - the tiles were sourced from Saltillo TIle here in Toronto. For this area we used a combination of 1"x1" white matte and 1"x1" glossy black hexagonal tiles.
The tiles were available in this size from our distributor. We purchased them at Stone Tile here in Toronto.
