We are doing a curbless with a linear drain across the opening with the slope towards the drain. Like this approach as well. Is the pitch to the drain 1/4' each 1' do you know? Seems like it would need to be more in this case.
additional walls. Your picture here shows a linear drain - and no curtain! Does this entire bath floor have waterproof membrane under all the tile [or just in shower area]? Is the bath floor outside the shower area sloped at all [toward the drain]? Is the slope inside the shower area sloped differently
[Shower and toilet will be along one end of the 8.5' width of the room.] Is a linear drain the only option? The best option? What are the dimensions of your shower pictured? And how far away is your toilet from the drain? Hope you can help me. Thanks very much!

Love the design! What is the dimension of the shower niche?
There was no shower pan. We used the infinity drain with waterproofing under the floor tiles. The shower has no curb and it allows the floor tile to be continuous throughout the space.

I noticed that you sloped the floor in the shower and used a linear shower drain. How did you finish off the sides of the floor as it changes elevation to the drain? Did you fill it in with small pieces of tile? Did you use a metal shine for this transition? Also, did you

Awesome design. What are the dimensions?
How does this shower not has a theshold? Extra large pitch at drain?
Usually 3% are way enough. If the drain is placed in the middle of a shower you won't notice the 3 to 4% slope that much like in this picture because the perimeter of the "shower pan - shower floor" is in level and the distances from the high points (walls) to the drain are way shorter (half of the length)
of pitch in this shower. You can see from roughly the third tile from the left wall heading right the tiles pitch towards the right wall and trench drain. Notice the bench where it meets the floor - see the pitch?
