Repurposing a salvaged sink
I absolutely love the marble on the counters and particularly as the backsplash! I do have a concern though regarding marble's ability to withstand spills, splatter etc from cooking as we do cook with staining ingredients including turmeric and paprika and use lemons and vinegars extensively
salvage sink just like this (except one side is deeper than the other). Do you have a source for reglazing? Also, I really love the faucet and I'm wondering if the homeowner finds it practical. I cook a lot (and consequently do tons of dishes) and just want to be sure that works for them.
I want to plan my kitchen redo around my Youngstown sink and metal base. I have yet to see a redesign doing that. Any ideas?

It's called a peg board and you can find them at Lowes and Home Depot. They do not come in colors so you will need to paint it. A small roller makes it easy.
Well, I've read(see "more info") that much comes from Ikea. If Ikea doesn't sell the pegboard, you can go to any hardware store. Do you have an Ikea within driving distance? Such fun!
