A Charleston inspired front porch to relax in Westchester

it is very sturdy and looks beautiful as it is variegated. Your porch will be about 2'' higher than it is now. You can do many kinds of slates as well. Just check they can be installed outdoors. Good luck!

pictures what the front of the house looks like! Thanks very much if you are able to post!
Do you have any photos of the full front of the house?
It is just beautiful!! I would love to see what the full front looks like
this project. There is a very large pine tree immediately in front of this house (limbs visible on the left side of this photo) which make a front elevation photo very difficult. We'll look at what else we have on file that shows the front elevation more clearly.

Fabulous front door & transome! Where did you findit?
Johanna, the front door was a custom made mahogany door, including the side panels. The craftsman style columns were field built out of 1x smooth-sawn cedar.
The porch, treads, and column caps are blue stone. The columns and risers are Virginia field stone.
Front door, sidelights and transom - curves on top and bottom.
This is exactly what I like for the porch look, except with grey shingles and white columns.

Very welcoming porch. Could you tell me the depth of it
Thank you for your question. The wood columns on this porch are a custom built detail and we do not have the specs on them.
Thank you for your question about this charming porch. It is 6' wide and wraps around one side of the home. The entry to the home is nearest the viewer of the picture.
