kind of ferns are circling the tree?
I have seen trees like this along the California coast just north of Malibu. They are stunningly beautiful. Such thick trunks and I was told they have thorns and possibly flowers. Do you know the name of this tree. Thank you so much and I love
by trimming the fruit out of the tree before it fully forms or ripens. This tree is evergreen and is a wonderful shade tree for small or large gardens if pruned accordingly. I have never seen any type of thorns on this tree. Perhaps another tree such as a Coral Tree (Erythrina) is what you or others
quick response to my question about this tree. I truly appreciate it. I will take this information that you have given me and do some research on this stunning specimen. Thank you again. ~D

Rocks around drip line of maple tree
Perhaps the ultimate specimen tree, Japanese maples (Acer palmatum) come in an almost bewildering array of shapes, sizes and leaf colors. They are elegantly beautiful in every season, in leaf or bare-branched. Japanese maples are hardy in zones 6 (-10°F) to 8 (10°F) and need both sun and shade. Too much
