Hi, thanks for getting in touch. This house was built a while ago, so I'm not sure which brand we used for the stain, but it is a semi-transparent one. Try Cabots or Sikkens and be sure to test the color out on a piece of siding first. Good luck!

Are under shelve lights LED lighting? If so are they warm white or cool white lighting?
This house was designed (electrically) in 2006 and the puck lights are low voltage bulbs, but not LED speak with your Electrical contractor or Electrician about the newer LED puck lights on the market today. Seven years has shown huge leaps in LED quality and color.
then painted, the ship lap pattern recalls the original house before the remodel and addition project.
Thank you! I love these and have been having a hard time choosing floors for our new house. Can you tell me who did the floors? (We're in Austin
the Fairfield Kitchen was designed and built before LED puck Lights were available these are simply low voltage puck lights .They are warm white,

Love the lighting...where can I find these balls?
We have 4 stories stairwells ~48' high that we need to light up in a ultra modern house.
Where can I buy the hanging ball lights
Could you kindly tell me where you got these Pendant Lights From?
We purchased those pendants from Eurofase lighting however I don't believe they carry that exact pendant any longer. There is a similar pendant at Italian-lighting-centre.co.uk. The fixture # is 3522 - Spherical crystal glass tortoiseshell ceiling pendant
another amazing project by Phil Kean Designs. The product looks to me like our Mountain Rust Ledgestone, but it is difficult to tell with the dramatic lighting. The difference with Realstone are our exacting quality standards, which means the product costs a little more, but it goes up perfectly with no gaps
