Hotel Chic
In 2008 an extension was added to this small country home thus allowing the clients to redesign the main floor with a larger master suite, housing a separate vanity, and a bathroom filled with technology, elegance and luxury. Although the existing space was acceptable, it did not reflect the charismatic
house a vanity with 2 sinks, separate from toilette and bathing area. OBJECTIVES Remove existing surrounding walls and closets, incorporated same flooring material throughout adding texture and pattern to blend with each surrounding areas. Use contrasting elements, but control with tone on tone textured

What is the size of the hex tile on the floor?
Where can I purchase the black/white tile boarder on floor?
Did you use off white subway tiles on the wall to coordinate with the floor or bright white?
Hi there! This floor is lovely. I just purchases 1" glossy hex tiles and am now wondering which grout colour to buy! I was thinking Mapei warm gray - what was used in your

Interested in putting in a glass floor square in the middle of a room. Can you let me know how you installed it
There are now readily available engineered glass floor systems. I will include a link to one such system and also a couple of pictures of finished projects - just to note these systems can be supplied with obscure glass (which allows the light to flow into the level below without privacy concerns)
Sky light built from second floor is useful if first floor's lighting is insufficient.
Part of the floor is made of glass
Like how natural light is allowed to pass through each floor. Also have space around the glass for dress-wearers!

Love this floor. Anyone know how they did it?
Oh my I tell me more I love the floors!! Whats the material and where can I find it???
Is the floor wood stained in a diamond pattern, or a tile?
Love the floor! How was it done?
It looks like the floors are a faux bois with a coat of polyurethane. I can't make out where there are any lines for individual floor boards, but maybe I'm wrong? I'm in the process of redoing my own bathroom and
and was looking for gray/white combinations. This floor stands out so nicely against the pale shades. If my bathtub wasn't pink, I'd love to try this floor out! Gorgeous.
Looks like a wood floor with alternating stained squares.. I'd use a 1lb cut of dewaxed shellac as conditioner, dye whole floor with lighter color, 2# cut of shellac over that, dry, mask with frog tape, make glaze coat of
