reclaimed floors. Many of us with 1960s homes have them already they are called OLD WATER DAMAGED PET PEE FLOORS. Hubby said floors tell a story they shouldn't look pristine.

hickory floors grace the area at the bottom of the staircase. Hickman designed the paneling for the custom cabinets around the fireplace (one is seen to the right) to blend in with the stone.

Authentic pine floors has this in engineered and solid pine. Finish it yourself or have them prefinish it for you.
The flooring looks like pine, and a similar stain to try is Winter White 3131 by Sherwin Williams.

It looks like an Oak floor with a darker jacobean style stain. Likely custom made for the client on site.
