what is the Height of this home
we are building on a steep slope and the code has been lowered to 28 feet plus 10 feet if the vertical drop is 10 feet or greater from the upside to the downside of the home. Our design is almost 45 feet which is too tall. Very frustrating
Thank you very much for your interest in our project. Like yours the property is also very steep. The home's height varies, but it is approximately 20 feet tall along the upside and 30 feet tall on the downside. I hope this helps.
