between the stairs and the table and mirror?
I have the same situation in my hallway with maybe 3 or 4 feet between stairs and the table and mirror.
love the rug in the foyer - would make our foyer warmer to put one there.
again cozy low ceiling entry rather than wide open...still entry/foyer light
Chair by stairs is nice for taking

This foyer was updated with the addition of white paneling and new herringbone hardwood floors with a walnut border. The walls are covered in a navy blue grasscloth wallpaper from Thibaut. A navy and white geometric patterned stair-runner, held in place with stair rods capped with pineapple finials
in the foyer? Trying to pick out a trim color for our new house and this looks great.
This foyer is beautiful but can you also tell me the color on the wall of the room in the distances. We are building a new home and I am busy looking at colors. Thank You
painting my stair treads black, yours look amazing. I also have lighter floors. Did you just paint the 13 steps and lest the top the lighter color? Is the rule, just where the carpet actually covers the stair tread? Thanks, Kim

Was wondering if anyone could give me a ballpark figure of how much a new stair railing like that would cost?
room and stairs. I'm having a hard time deciding on the type of hardwood I want. The 5" handscraped plank (hickory) or 3" Bellawood smooth, semi-gloss floors (oak) My home has a concrete slab so Engineered hardwood is what I'm considering. It has 8' ceilings and a foyer in the center, then living room on
with stairs off centered from front door. I have ceramic tile in the foyer all the way into the kitchen and eating area. It is 8" tile so considering 18x18 (less grout). Your professional opinion is sincerely appreciated.
the stairs are approximately 40"W and the hall is between 6' and 7' wide

Unfortunately we were not responsible for the drawings for this home. However, I would guess it’s about 9’ entry door to arch x 7’ side to side.
