Are the grey rectangles on the tile floor some sort of accent tile?
I see some random grey rectangles within the marble tile floor. Are these meant to be a design accent or are they really poorly planned HVAC vents?
like a 4-6 rise boot at bottom of stair, 3" or so reveal on sheetrock below the stringers. The curved glass panels are probably sitting down in a channel routed on the top cap. This looks like a very well constructed curved stair done by someone who knows stairs. Without really knowing more details if
wood treads to match stringers and prior to sheetrock work would be in the 13-16k range. Until many more details are known it is very difficult to pin down an exact cost. The curved glass panels are going to be a huge cost as well. Depending on your style of house, you could easily have a curved stair of

This is okay - don't care for the colors or that pergola thing. But otherwise i kind of like it. I like the bell tower and the patio with a step-down

for the foyer/ hall that is connected to lvg room, my husbands suggests going darker but I'm not too sure about darker, the floor is a light brown tile. any suggestions?
I need to go up a couple of shades, due to the current tan carpet? My kitchen area is adjacent to the the family room. I have gold/tan tone cirramic tile.
Michael, using this paint as a matte, can you wipe it down if you have a mark on it?
Could you please tell me the stairway widths, the spacing (between stairs going up &down) and newel post size? I love these stairs and I'm hoping to achieve a similar look in the house we are building. Thank you!
I think it would look realllyyy good in a light navy blue....It would look so perfect with the tiled floor. Or you could try a red, That would also look really nice.

Cork or no cork in the bath?
Reflooring two bedrooms with a bath in between. I want to use cork in all 3 rooms. My husband is against it as he says the cork will be damaged by moisture....
