cut it down to the size that you need. It isn't as easy to cut down a metal rod, but I have done this with some help from someone at a hardware store. They generally have a tool that they use to cut metal plumbing and it can be used to cut down a metal drapery rod as well. I hope that helps... Lisa
cut it down to that size. If you get a wood rod it would be easy to cut it down yourself, but if you find a metal rod there are many hardware stores that will cut that down for you (they usually have the equipment in the plumbing section). If you buy a larger rod (48")and cut it in half just remember
