Poway P Laundry room new construction
room is part of a newly constructed home in Southern California. After framing, we discovered that the architect had "adjusted" the width of the room down about a foot from the original 12' width without mentioning the change to the client. The original plan was to have cabinets on both walls and this
the second floor with the laundry room it can be very convenient. While if the bedrooms are on the bottom floor, and you have to carry clothes up and down stairs it can be a hassle. Another con is the vibration over the rooms below can be loud and disruptive, depending on what rooms they serve.
