I don't know where these are from but Ethan Allen just got in new silk draperies and they have a similar color. They are simply stunning. I'm putting them in my 2-story family room for a dramatic look. Hope this helps

color done in a perfectly grown-up way. Great transitional style and use of color. Fan pleated draperies provide a perfect backdrop.

Also think about the length of your pinch-pleated drape:Right above the floor (positioned 1/2" off the floor for more traditional, tailored looks; best for traversing draperies)Breaks at the floor; best for stationary panels (a.k.a. ‘trouser’ length).Or add an extra 8" in length beyond

under curtain and beige copper over curtain are made of silk dupioni-- maybe silk taffeta but it is hard to tell from the photo. The blue under curtain appears not to be lined, which is what gives it the sheer lighter quality. To the blue panel they have added vertical fringe with colors that tie back
chairs from? Is that a beige silk fabric?
I'm guessing it's custom but where can I get the light blue drapes with the gold ball trim?
heavier than the blue one. The contrast between the curtains is striking. So beautiful. If you do silk curtains that are unlined they will have a shorter life span due to the degradation of the silk from sun exposure. Perhaps the very talented design team will jump in at some point to clarify. Great

I have seen alot of window treatments on this site and I thought that pleated drapes where out this year?
Could I use satin nickel finish lamps with this gold color in wallpaper?
How many inches wide is that large window? How long is the rod? How wide is each drapery panel? Thanks!!
color is Metallic Blue. It has a champagne/gold ogee print. Very pretty!
The French Pleat, classic and will never go out of sytle. Classy!
I totally disagree! Most ready-made draperies will never come close to the quality and look of custom draperies!. Pleated draperies are classic and will never
across the patio door. What size recommended for table. 70" x 42". And dining room/area. 12' 6" x 11'6""? I plan to cover with gathered/pleated teal silk with little ruffle. You mentioned the shade was custom should I anticipate any problem in getting light/ color thru neutral shade? How high

Glamorous dining room with spectacular hand painted silk wallpaper. Wow!
step process. First paint the wall a color (purple shown) . There seems to be a panel like effect in gold. Tape with painters tape, in a vertical direction . The distance needs to be equal between tape "stripes'. Use a gold tone glaze and paint in a horizontal direction. Paint a section about 3 feet long
removes some of the glaze. Wipe the brush clean after this step. If you look closely the gold is different tones. This depends on how you wipe off the glaze. Good luck : ))
This is actually hand painted silk wallpaper! It has a bronzy color underneath with purple lines going horizontally. I bet
The tree is hand painted on silk wallcovering with silk embroidered flower buds and the rug is by Kravet.

The best thing about this trend is its subtlety. Notice how this space, with hints of beige, gold and pink, manages to be on trend while still feeling classic.

Master bath with Crema Marfil marble and mirrored silk window treatment
Thanks for the kind words! The shades are an inverted pleat roman that "balloons"... The fabric from Clarence House - which is hard to see here - is a divine slub silk with tiny mirrors embroidered on it!
I have to correct myself from an earilier response… The fabric is Donghia "Mirror, Mirror" in the color Meringue. It's a wonderful raw, slubby silk from India with handwoven mirrors! Thanks for asking.
Roman shade with box pleat in the center.
gorgeous cream and fresh white against green plants and gold trimmings
ALTERNATIVE STYLE: more fullness, with pleat at center

I designed these panels for the home. They are silk taffeta.... Let me know if you ever want me to design any for you ;)
Wall used as headboard. Silk curtains
ornate dark wall panels behind bed
Taffeta Drapes. Chinese Panel. Wall Color.
love the panel behind the bed!!
The champagne color scheme. I would sub out burgundy as the contrast color, but I love the walls here.
The oriental screen wall behind the bed and the co-ordinating decor
In lieu of a headboard, Barnes used an antique chinoiserie screen in black and gold. A pair of art deco bronze tables with black marble tops ties the dark feature with rest of the decor.Ottomans: custom; drapes: custom, silk; chandelier: antique
