for a client. We were looking at building custom cedar housing for IBC containers, but original sketches for the project utilized poured concrete water "silos" like the ones pictured here. I would prefer to get back to that idea.
For general reference.... The aprox. Cost for the total system (tanks, pumps,pipes,etc.) was about 15k. The tanks themselves were about 4k. While I personally have no problem with sand filters and chlorine (and have drunk form these kind of systems often), our local authorities here in washington state
