when you say trim - I assume you are talking about all trim including baseboards, and casings. In my house the builder put a off-white/cream colour on trim

I live in Oakland and would like to do a similar remodel on my kitchen.....nothing too fancy. I have collected some period cabinets (house built in 1914) and will need to have some more custom made. I'm trying to get a ballpark idea of what I can expect to spend.
