The designer selected and ordered all fabrics and materials in a home-remodel flash — a little over two months. "I did about six months worth of work in 60 days. The entire process was a bit like Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, but it was my home and my design choices," says Rosenfeld. Splashy Jonathan

levels of light in the winter and a moderate climate, not too hot, not too cold. In response, I designed this home to take advantage of and mitigate the downside of this climate. I recently designed a home for Bangalore India using white-washed brick over concrete block and concrete floor slabs. Narrow
entry along with a couple of bedrooms. The lower level is a recreation room, library and study as well as storage.

Narrow windows, sunshades, and flow through ventilation were incorporated to help mitigate the heat and bright sun. Another home in the Carmel California hills was designed of stucco, wood and concrete block. It spread out into the grasslands to provide courtyards and cross ventilation. Small porches

fabric's design is all about autumn. Its sweeping fall to the floor and scale lets us fully appreciate the yellow and red ocher tones and ascending pattern of the fall leaves. The home office also feels current with the addition of a pair of velvet chairs in this season's on-trend blues.

the fire place design. I am looking for a design that would look and blend in with my tan 12" tiles with a wood mantel and tile going down the sides, that are 2'' squares with a deeper brown color. got any suggestions? This is built in gas fireplace that is already installed, the design is not the great
My living room looks just like this but the windows are a little shorter. The wall facing the fireplace in my home ...there is no wall...this is where the front door is... coming from the wall behind the sofa....the room seem to be about the same size....my question

Make sure that you also make changes to your home office to reflect the way that your work is growing and changing.
Wainscoting can provide a room with an entirely different presence, and when it’s finished in metal, it’s incomparable. This designer nailed corrugated metal to the wall and finished

Hi, The sofa was a custom velvet chesterfield sofa I designed and had made for my client.
How old are the glass top tables? I believe I had some like that in the 70's. It's so cool to see them incorporated into this design!
