Transitional Kitchen
what kind of countertop used? Stunning kitchen!
I'm currently remodeling the kitchen in a home I just purchased. I want an island, but have limited space
All of the paint colours throughout the home were from the Full Spectrum Colour Collection from Benjamin Moore. The paint colour in the kitchen and main floor is Sea Salt CSP-95. All of the colours from this collection are lovely!

And where is the kitchen hardware/handles etc from? This kitchen is my inspiration for our kitchen build. I love everything about it! Thank you so much for your help! Beautiful work!

In order for the kitchen to serve the back porch, I designed the window opening to be a glass garage door, with continuous granite countertop. It's perfect.
Hello just wondering where your sourced these kitchen stools from
Garage door pull down effect from kitchen to screened room
That's cool for connecting the kitchen and outdoor kitchen
maybe do this off the kitchen to the outside
Oh how cool....window opening from kitchen to be a glass garage door with continuous granite countertop
8. Try window service. If your grill setup is near the house, a pass-through to the kitchen can be extremely handy — and fun! Pull up a couple of stools on the outside, and you'll have your own little bar, too.

This kitchen area is part of an open plan arrangement in a sun-filled home off the Potomac River. A minimally dropped ceiling defines the kitchen work area, with its breakfast bar right off the dining and living rooms. Light bamboo floors reflect the sunshine coming in from all directions.
Are the stools in this photo black or brown? Also, in an open concept, do you want the stools to match the kitchen for separation or to match the rest of the furniture in the open concept?
How tall is the ceiling, with and without the dropdown above the kitchen
Love the shape of the kitchen keeping people at bay

What is the flooring in the kitchen area? Interested in material and color details. Thanks
What is the total depth, and what is the overhang over the chairs vs. over the kitchen counter?
We had 3" on the the kitchen side and 12" minimum on the bar side. (the depth varies because we have a radius on the counter - it gets wider in some areas) We had existing conditions
Love the space in the kitchen

Hi there, I'm writing a blog for CountertopIQ on designing the ideal outdoor kitchen. I'd love to use this photo alongside my article. Would you mind if we used it and linked back to your Houzz site? Thanks so much.
With a roof and its own fireplace, this country kitchen has nothing surrounding it except unobstructed views of the countryside. If you have a setting like this, take advantage of the landscape and position your equipment accordingly.
