What is the brand of stone used on these columns?
Love the patio stone - can you tell me what that is and where it is from? Thanks!
It is a custom blend of stone. About 2/3 Oklahoma flagstone ledger and 1/3 deer creek ledger blend available at Bourget Brothers in Santa Monica. Thanks for you question.
We call the material Navajo. It is a type of sandstone. We manufacture it in a thin stone veneer or a full bed depth version
version. Either would work on this application depending on installation type. We would be happy to work with you to provide a similar stone for your project. Our site is arnoldstone.com

How do I hang a picture on a stone wall?
What is the kind of stone on the fireplace?
Still looking for the type of stone being used....
Depends on the stone.. softer sandstone/limestone can be safely drilled with a rotary hammer and carbide masonary bit.. and then inserting an anchor, as mentioned above
also as mentioned, any mortar will be easier, but picture centering may be harder) or use special purpose masonry screw (EG Tapcon or Spax). Harder stone esp granite will benefit greatly from a diamond dust tipped drilling bit.. This bit DOESN'T like hammering from a rotary-hammer drill) , but DOES like
I like the stone work on the fireplace

Where can I get glacier ledger stone in USA or Tampa Florida?
They are individual stones/tiles stacked as close as possible and nothing is filled in between. It is from Casa Roma and is called Ledger Stone/Glacier. We ordered it through Carpet One, Carpet Color Centre in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada

this look from Proenza Schouler's line, I immediately thought of the living room pictured. There are so many colors and patterns at work and yet there is nothing busy about the finished product. A well-selected variety of toss pillows make this a fairly easy look to achieve. When layering textures, patterns

Tell me about the stone face on fireplace. Were the stones individually set or is this a facing cemented in one piece?
Was the fireplace all stone and you cover the top half with the wood encasement?
We are building a new house and I want to use river rock stone as you have beautifully. I only have six feet of width and was wondering if this would be enough ti get this look?
that the stone on the bottom is man-made, probably similar to Cultured Stone's River Rock ( www.culturedstone.com ). The stone below sits slightly proud of the paneled, tapered chimneybreast above, which wouldn't be true if it was all stone first, and then the panels applied over the top of stone. Also
This face was indeed made of natural stone, individually set. The owners wanted a very artistic set - not perfect. The mason struggled with not laying the stone up perfectly evenly & flat, but eventually understood that the client wanted it to have
