The hood was custom made for us by RangeCraft. The straps were plated in polished nickel and they are actually the framework so they are not simply attached. The hood is 48 inches wide. Hope this helped!

wall, Matt repurposed saddle fenders, which were leftover from the saddle benches, as wine racks. He used horse reins and other horse tack to make a strap to hold the wine bottles. They hope to make a little business out of selling the wine racks and saddle stools.

The lower guest bedroom ceiling is made of bleached plywood panels and white strapping.
used 1.5 inch nails to secure the plywood to the ceiling joists first, after establishing a cut pattern, then used decking screws to attach the 1X 4 strapping, which hid the cut lines as each panel was cut and applied separately. We watered down white acrylic paint until it had a watery milky consistency
