I like the railings its so modern
gentle swoop and corner steps below a landing that serves as a podium for the chancellor to address guests on. But a close look at the pickets reveals a modern touch. The profile of the pickets reinforces the rhythm of the steps nicely.

Natural wood-framed windows dictate the design, so the counters and cabinets are neutral/gray. You don't notice them as much so your eye is drawn outside.
