“white oak floor...nothing special to it from that respect. We did use a higher grade flooring, so it's partly due to that...Most of the poly finishes we use are water-based, so they tend to do less yellowing over time...the older oil-based finishes will turn more golden than this.

“White oak floors with a clear finish. I have seen many different shades of "clear". Many are quite a bit lighter than this and this picture is exactly what I would like. We have Cherry cabinets, so I cant go dark but also dont want a stark contrast. I love the warmth of this but dont want it to turn”
