What do do with those old big picture frames. Texturizing them and hang them as wall accents
of woven wallcovering, consider installing it in panels framed with picture molding or chair rail. This gives you the touch of texture with a bit more graphic

MEASUREMENT? Since picture rail depth is pretty constant, Im not too worried about that, just the measurement to the bottom of the rail mold itself. I love

From the top of the WALL where it meets the ceiling to the BOTTOM of the picture rail as
