Yes, the key would be to keep the height of the cove as minimal as possible. Here's a system for an integrated drywall cove that is only 3" high- http://www.electrix.com/pdfs/lumiledgeSR_0510.pdf . We like to see, minimally, 4" between the top of the cove and the ceiling, so total height would be 7"
