In the image attached we are using it with eggshell paint with a sepia glaze. The glaze has a bit f red that aligns with the red dragon slab.
With what other color cabinets can I combine this red dragon countertop? I actually have them in cream as well as the floor, but I do not want to use white

I love the countertop materials too. The island is granite, Iron Red, with beautiful reds, multiple shades of gray and bits of white. Because the island is the show stopper I wanted the perimeter countertop material to play a supporting role, they are Silestone Gris Expo
