The design of the main house involves projecting wings that appear to grow out of the hillside and spread outward toward three sides of ocean views. Architecture

Hi, no- but Hutton design wil know.
The trick here is the glossy cabinetry. Their light reflecting properties and lack of obtrusive handles or features are minimal-gasmic, make the boring storage fubctionality disappear and make the small space
another example of the "inhabited wall." I barely noticed all of the storage in this area upon first glance because the cabinets form a wall that reflects the natural light. The Random Light adds texture while keeping with the strategy of using white to make the ceilings appear higher.

re: the chandelier. I know it's only available to the trade, but any detail I can pass on to my designer? Thx
I honestly believe the "yellow picture" is a reflection of the large screen TV with a basketball game playing live :)
This chandelier is sold exclusively to the architecture and interior design trade.
When installing an oversized mirror, be mindful of what it will reflect. In this dining room, the mirror shows a lovely reflection of not only the crystal chandelier, but also of a painting and a winding staircase in the foyer.
