refurbished antique fixture from a local source. Santa Barbara Lights check them out. They get old fixtures from buildings being torn down or changed and rework them to adhere to current codes etc.

I like the floor tile color and Spanish influence. Tip: True saltillo tiles are porous and break easily, so a more practical choice is Saltillo-look concrete or high fired porcelain tile. Arto Brick carries a concrete line called Artillo

I am putting tile floor in a California ranch type home
is not tile- it is a material called magnasite which was used 1920-1950 in spanish colonial and mediterranean revival style homes. It is a composite material which is poured like concrete then shaped and scored to look like tile or stone.
Did PaveTile also make the stair treads? Hard to tell if the

floor tile, wall tile and trim pieces are all from Walker Zanger. The floor tile is a basket weave mosaic made of Calcatta Gold and black marble. The wall tile is a 3 x 6” ceramic and the trim pieces are black marble to match the black marble in the mosaic floor. You can find them at www.walkerzanger
